Tuesday, November 14, 2017Dear Susie, John, Gary and family, I'm so sorry to hear of Gene's homegoing to heaven. It's so hard for the ones left behind but who knows what amazing sights, sounds and wonders he is now experiencing in heaven, not to mention being face to face with our loving savior Jesus! I like to imagine that he's enjoying a reunion boat trip with my Dad and his Mom as we all enjoyed together for so many years on Seneca Lake and vacation boating trips. In the words of one of my favorite preachers, "he is not in your past, he is in your future." You will see him again and spend together in eternity! In the meantime, I'm praying that God will envelop you in His peace that passes all understanding during this time of grief. Much love, Bonnie (Kania) Evans
