Vieselmeyer, Mae Bailey, age 97 of Horseheads, NY passed away on April 1, 2025. Mae was born July 23, 1927 in Cincinnati, OH, daughter of the late Albert Valentine Bailey & Margaret Lousie Blesi Bailey. She was predeceased by her husband, Orval Erhardt Karl Vieselmeyer in 2001 whom she married on June 14, 1952, also predeceased by their two sons: Mark Vieselmeyer in 2005 and Brad Vieselmeyer in 2014, grandson: Jacob Oliver in 1996. Sisters: Hazel, Evelyn, Margaret, Della, Ada and Nellie, Brothers: Albert, Jr., Earl, Samuel, Lee "Buddy" and Nelson. Survived by brother Byron of El Mirage, AZ. Daughters: Karen Panosian (Daniel), Laura Oliver (Paul Gush), Son: Kirk Vieselmeyer (Barbara) and daughter-in-law Susan Vieselmeyer. Grandchildren: Elizabeth Tellex (Kyle), Timothy Panosian (Janelle), Rachel Walker (Matthew), Stephen Panosian (Rachel), Alicia Patchoski (Christopher), Kayce Vieselmeyer (Shawn Kelly), Paul Vieselmeyer, Brian Vieselmeyer (Elisabeth), Jared Vieselmeyer (Ashley), Jeffrey Vieselmeyer (Katie), Kyle Vieselmeyer (Emilee), Erika Goodwin (James), Karly Teets (Austin). Great grandchildren: Nathan, Rowan & Graham Panosian, Issac & Leanna Panosian, Adelyn & Isla Walker, Grace Tellex, Jacob, Lucas & Charlotte Patchoski, Madeleine & Gabriella Vieselmeyer, Carson & Delaney Vieselmeyer, Alivia, Nicholas, Axton & Brielle Vieselmeyer, Evelyn, Charlotte & Henry Vieselmeyer, Jace, Nova & Grant Goodwin. Many nieces, nephews, and friends. Mae was a homemaker, enjoyed bowling, sewing, knitting, crafts, and playing bridge. She was a fan of Elvis and the New York Yankees. Former Sunday School Teacher, Church Secretary and Treasurer, member of the Bethany Lutheran Church in Elmira and also attended Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Horseheads. There will be no calling hours and a private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family by Pastor Roger Behrens. Mae will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband, sons & grandson at Maple Grove Cemetery in Horseheads, NY.
