Charles Arthur Francis Wilson five week old son of Kendall and Melissa Wagner Wilson passed away on Sunday May 4, 2025. Charles was born March 28, 2025 in Rochester , NY. He is survived by his father and mother Kendall and Melissa Wilson of Horseheads, NY; sisters: Lillian Wilson and Elliana Wilson at home; maternal grandmother: Kristine M. Wagner of Bath , NY ; maternal grandfather: Matthew L Wagner of Victor, NY ; paternal grandmother: Effie Comstock of Painted Post , NY ; maternal great grandmother: Margaret Congdon of Elmira Heights, NY; maternal great grandmother: Frances Griffeth of Victor , NY ; maternal uncle : Matthew K. Wagner ; paternal aunt : Daisey May Aldrich ; paternal uncle: Shane Aldrich ; paternal cousins: Ace and Lyric Card ; several great aunts , great uncles, and cousins who loved him ; special aunts and uncles (not related but just as important)- Lindsey (Dominic) Corsaro special aunt who was at Charles' Delivery, her daughter Jolene Tarby (Charles' big cousin) , special aunts Carrie (Trevor) Vogel , Nicole Fahy, Danielle White and her children Blake , Sofia, and Paisley , and several others who have played an important role not only in his life but ours as well. Charles was pre-deceased by his paternal grandfather Darrell K. Wilson and great grandfathers Karl A. Congdon and Francis L. Wagner both of whom he was named after.
