Filomena Luisi Age 84 of Elmira, NY passed away on Friday July 25, 2025 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. She was born September 9, 1937 in Riccia , Italy the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Maria Celeste Paolucci Luisi. She was also pre-deceased by Donato Luisi. Filomena was a seamstress for H. Strauss Men's Clothier for over 43 years. She was a devout Catholic and a communicant of St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church in Elmira , NY. Filomena is survived by her sister Libera Randall of Horseheads, NY ; brother: Benjamin Luisi of Elmira, NY ; several nieces , nephews , grand nieces, grand nephews, cousins, and a host of caring friends. Filomenia's Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday August 20, 2025 at 10 AM in St. Patrick's Church Park Place and West Clinton Street Elmira, NY.
