Joseph G. Meehan age 61 of Horseheads,NY passed away on October 23, 2025 at home surrounded by his loving family. Joe was born March 26, 1964 in Elmira, NY the son of the late Ann Record Meehan. He was also pre-deceased by his brothers Michael R. Meehan and Martin G. Meehan and sisters Ellen Bluejacket and Sarah Ahart. Joe was employed by Picnic Pizza for 43 years. He loved his family and friends and treasured the time he spent with them. Joe is survived by his sisters: Elizabeth Bober (Michael) , Katherine Stewart, Margaret Graziano (Joey) ; step-daughters April Lee (Michael Barnes) and Sarah Malloy ; grandson Alex Frycek ; granddaughter Cylie Fazenbaker; great granddaughter Payton; great grandson: Asher; former wife Rita Meehan; several nieces, nephews, dedicated cousins, and a host of many special friends including his Picnic Pizza Family especially Connie "Joe's other sister" and Joe D'Angelo. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the LYNCH FUNERAL HOME on Saturday November 1, 2025 from 12 Noon to 3 PM. Joe will be laid to rest in St. Mary Our Mother Cemetery with his mother and brother.
