Joyce Adele Baker age 95 passed away peacefully with family by her side on Tuesday December 30, 2025. Joyce was born on February 23, 1930 and was raised in Pennsylvania. She married her husband , Richard F. Baker Sr. , on August 26, 1950. Joyce worked at Hankins Container and Nichols in Elmira Heights, NY and retired from the Ann Page Plant in Horseheads, NY. She was an avid bowler, loved traveling doing crafts and reading. Joyce loved her children and grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by her parents, grandparents, siblings, and granddaughter, Sundai Olana Schultz , and her husband Richard F. Baker Sr. Joyce is survived by her children Cathy (John) LaVigne of FL , Peggy (Norman) Presley of TX, Barbara (Thomas) Cowan of FL, and Richard F. Baker Jr. (Jeneath) of MD ; Grandchildren: Wayne (Dee) Southard of NC , Joseph (LeJuan) Southard of FL , Richard Schultz of TX , Heather(Chris) Cox of MD, Kyle Baker of ND ; great grandchildren: Destiny Southard of AL , Nicholas Southard of NC , Callie Cox of MD; brother Fred Hilfiger of PA ; several nieces and nephews.
