ADAMS , JANICE A. "Jenny" Age 73 of Elmira , NY passed away on Monday March 23 , 2015 . Janice was born February 26 , 1942 in Bradford County , PA the daughter of the late Walter and Edith Brown Walburn . She was also pre-deceased by her grandson Paul A. "Paulie" Bard on January 22 , 2014. She was a loving mother, grandmother , sister , and aunt . Janice is survived by her children Tina & Terry Decker of Virginia , Joe Brimmer of Virginia , and Sherry & Billy Bard of Wellsburg , PA ; several grandchildren and great grandchildren ; sister : Lula "Sis" Smith of Elmira , NY ; brothers and sister-in-law : Donald Walburn of Elmira , NY and James "Bub" & Margie Walburn of Elmira , NY ; several aunts , uncles , nieces , nephews , cousins , and a host of caring friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Janice's Funeral Services on Sunday March 29 , 2015 at 2PM at the LYNCH FUNERAL HOME 318 WEST BROAD STREET HORSEHEADS ,NY .
