HOUSE , TRACY L. Age 38 of Elmira , NY passed away on Monday July 27 , 2015. Tracy was born June 9 , 1977 in Port Allegheny , PA the daughter of Zane and Frances Potter House . Tracy was pre-deceased by her father Zane House . She dedicated her life to her children and her family . Tracy is survived by her children : Ashley Woods , Joseph M. Woods Jr. , and Chris Woods ; sister : Diane O'Buckley ; a special niece Rianna House ; several aunts , uncles , nieces , nephews , cousins , and a host of caring friends and extended family . Relatives and friends are invited to call at the LYNCH FUNERAL HOME 318 WEST BROAD STREET HORSEHEADS , NY on Tuesday August 4 , 2015 from 12Noon to 1PM . Tracy's Funeral Services will be held at the conclusion of calling hours at 1PM . Tracy will be laid to rest in Woodlawn Cemetery in Elmira , NY.
