Obituary of Elvira M. Cerio

CERIO , ELVIRA M. Age 97 of Horseheads , NY passed away on Tuesday November 10 , 2015. Elvira was born October 8 , 1918 in Pepack , New Jersey . She married her husband , Mathew F, Cerio , on July 16 , 1946 and he pre-deceased her on March 17 ,2008. Mrs. Cerio was also pre-deceased by her son , John J. Cerio, on March 19 , 2010 and by her eight sisters and one brother. She had worked at Remington Rand in Elmira , NY as an Inspector. Mrs. Cerio was a communicant of St. Mary Our Mother Church and volunteered at The Zim Museum. Mrs. Cerio is survived by her son : Gary Cerio of Horseheads , NY and daughter and son-in-law: Grace & George Medwick of Kennett Square , PA ; grandchildren : Suzette Morgan, Claudia Cerio , Kara (Ben) Clark , and Gannon (Jennifer) Medwick ; great grandchildren ; Isadora Morgan , Tristan Morgan , Claire Elizabeth Medwick , Natalie Grace Medwick , Balin Clark , and Evory Wilder Clark ; several nieces , nephews , cousins , and a host of caring friends . Mrs. Cerio's Funeral Services be held on Monday November 16 , 2015 at 11 AM at the LYNCH FUNERAL HOME 318 WEST BROAD STREET HORSEHEADS, NY. Interment in St. Mary Our Mother Cemetery in Horseheads , NY.
