WEBB , SANDRA L. Age 70 of Big Flats , NY formerly of Painted Post , NY passed away on Sunday May 22 , 2016 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester , NY . Sandra was born June 13 , 1945 in Corning , NY the daughter of Arthur T. and Josephine E. Miller Nelson. She married her husband , Leslie W. "Butch" Webb Jr. , on August 9 , 1969 and they would have celebrated their 47th Wedding Anniversary on August 9 , 2016. Sandy was a retired phlebotomist at The Arnot Ogden Medical Center. Mrs. Webb was pre-deceased by her grandson Brian George Jr. and her sister-in-law Barbara . She loved to crotchet and cook and devoted her life to her family. Sandra was the most loving and caring wife , mother , and grandmother who loved and cherished her family. Sandra is survived by her husband Leslie W. "Butch" Webb Jr. ; son and daughter-in-law : Todd & Margaret Webb of Elmira , NY ; daughters : Christina Tuma & Mike Serow of Norfolk , Virginia and Tammy George of Horseheads , NY ; grandchildren : Lindsay Webb , Brandon George , Dylan George , Mike Webb, and Christy & Devon Truax ; great grandson : Quinn Webb; sisters and brothers-in-law : Sylvia & Gus Carr of Penn Yan , NY and JoAnn & Douglas Henyan of Fort Lauderdale , Florida ; sister-in-law and brother-in-law: Beverly & Ed Novick of Horseheads , NY; several nieces , nephews , cousins , and a host of caring friends.
