ISMAIL , STACIA WOLCOTT Age 43 of Corning , NY formerly of Elmira and Horseheads, NY passed away on Thursday October 13 , 2016 at home. Stacia was born October 31 , 1972 the daughter of the late Edward F. and Barbara Austin Wolcott. Her father Edward passed away on December 25,1994 and her mother Barbara Austin Wolcott passed away on July 17 , 2003 . Stacia was also pre-deceased by her sister Cynthia Bixby on December 17 , 1959 and her brother Scott Bixby on October 9, 1984 . Stacia loved her beloved pug Ollie who also pre-deceased her. Stacia is survived by her sister Linda Scriven of Elmira , NY ; brother and sister-in-law: Ronald & Lauren Bixby of Myrtle Beach , SC ; aunts and uncles : Sue & George Hartman of Horseheads , NY , Mary Ann Strong of Horseheads , NY , Gerald & Mary Jane Austin of Breesport , NY , and David & Sheila Austin of Horseheads , NY ; several nieces , nephews , cousins , extended family members , and many friends . Relatives and friends are invited to attend Stacia's Gravesite Services on Friday October 21 , 2016 at 2 PM at Maple Grove Cemetery 715 West Broad Street Horseheads , NY. Pastor William Vallet of The Pennsylvania Avenue United Methodist in Elmira , NY will officiate . Arrangements are entrusted to the LYNCH FUNERAL HOME 318 WEST BROAD STREET HORSEHEADS , NY.
