Obituary of Pamela L. Griffiths

GRIFFITHS , PAMELA L. Age 51 of Horseheads , NY passed away on Wednesday November 16 , 2016 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester , NY . Pam was born August 31 , 1965 in Elmira , NY the daughter of the late Harold F. Burdick Sr. and Edith Gail Baker Burdick . She was also pre-deceased by her brother Harold F. "Bud" Burdick Jr. and her father-in-law and mother-in-law William G. Griffiths and Joanne Griffiths Smith . Pam was a graduate of Horseheads High School Class of 1983. She married her husband , Thomas R. Griffiths , on July 2 , 1988 and they recently celebrated their 28th Wedding Anniversary on July 2 , 2016. Pam owned and operated her own Hairstyling business for many years. She loved playing trivia on Saturday nights and devoting her life to her family. Pam is survived by her husband Thomas R. Griffiths ; sons: Thomas R. Griffiths II and Michael J.Griffiths both of Horseheads , NY ; brothers and sisters : Bob & Sheila Burdick , Barb & Bob Crandall , David & Mary Burdick , Debbie & Tony Liquori , Gail Burdick , Darlene & Gabe Platukis , Tina Burdick Landis , Gary Burdick , and Mick & Terri Burdick ; brother-in-law and sister-in-law : William & Sandy Griffiths of Painted Post , NY ; sister-in-law and brother-in-law : Wendee & Thomas Manderscheid of Largo , Florida ; step-father-in-law ; Jimmy Jack of Murrels Inlet, S.C. ; several aunts , uncles , nieces , nephews , cousins , and a host of caring friends. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the LYNCH FUNERAL HOME 318 WEST BROAD STREET HORSEHEADS , NY for a Time of Remembrance and Reflections of Pam's Life on Monday November 21 , 2016 from 5-8 PM . Pam will be laid to rest in Maple Grove Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
