CARLSON, JOHN C. "JOHNNY" Age 65 of Horseheads and Erin, NY, passed away very unexpectedly on Monday April 17, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. Johnny was born March 25, 1952 in Lansing, Michigan the son of the late Oscar "Bud" and Beatrice Weethee Carlson. Also pre-deceased by brothers-in-law: John Doane, and Steve Parsons. He was employed by Nick's Restaurant in Hanover Square for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and the outdoors. Johnny is survived by siblings Dennis (Sandy) Sheldon, JoAnn Doane, Dawn Parsons, Jeff (Lisa) Carlson, and a very special great nephew, Robby Wassel, who has been a very caring and supportive advocate. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the LYNCH FUNERAL HOME 318 WEST BROAD STREET HORSEHEADS, NY on Thursday, April 20, 2017 from 6-7:30 PM. Funeral Service immediately following calling hours. Burial at Scotchtown Cemetery in Erin, NY will be held at the convenience of the family.
