Obituary of Lacy Ray Little

LITTLE, LACY RAY Age 80 of Horseheads, NY passed away on Tuesday July 4, 2017. He was born in Elmira, NY on December 10, 1936 the son of the late Vincent and Winifred Youngs Little. Mr. Little was a Veteran and served his country with the U.S. Marine Corp. He married his wife Diana Palmer Little and they spent 41 wonderful years together. He was employed by RKB Enterprises of Elmira, NY as a Tractor Trailer Driver. Lacy was a member of the Elmira Heights American Legion and the Montour Falls Yacht Club. He was pre-deceased by his son Vincent Little and his step son Scott Palmer Sr. Mr. Little is survived by his loving and devoted wife Diana Little; daughters: Impala Messick and Brenda Jochem both of S.C.; step daughter-in-law: Tammy Palmer; step grandchildren: Cheyenne, and Scott Palmer Jr.; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law: Merle and his wife Charlotte Little of Millport, NY; Millard Little and Beverly Stevens of Horseheads, NY; sister: Elaine Whitehead of Horseheads, NY; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Delores "Dolly" & John LaVigne of Elmira ,NY and Edgewater , Florida; Ray "Butch" & Jackie Palmer of Horseheads , NY; Sheila & James Comfort of Horseheads , NY; Gary & Darla Palmer of Horseheads , NY; Cindy & Tom Ruggiero of Wheatfield , NY and Albert Austin of Horseheads, NY, and Diana Grinolds of Watkins Glen , NY ; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of caring friends including his longtime friend Phil Brantner. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the LYNCH FUNERAL HOME 318 WEST BROAD STREET HORSEHEADS, NY on Friday July 7, 2017 from 12 Noon-2PM and 5-7PM. Lacy's Funeral Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday July 8, 2017 at 10AM.
