Obituary of Paul Edward Kroculick

Paul E. Kroculick Age 82 of Horseheads, NY passed away on December 28, 2017 after a long illness. Paul was born on September 26, 1935 in Mauch Chunk, PA the son of the late John and Elizabeth Potocnie Kroculick. He graduated from East Mauch Chunk High School, where he was a member of the baseball and basketball teams. Mr. Kroculick was a Veteran who served in the U.S. Army before traveling the country installing automatic phone switching systems for "Ma Bell". He was a graduate of Elmira College. Locally, he worked for Westinghouse, IST, ABB, and Adtranz. He was a communicant of St. Mary Our Mother Church in Horseheads, NY. After retiring, Paul enjoyed woodworking, gardening, bird watching, going on cruises with Mary, and helping neighbors with home repairs. He was pre-deceased by his son Scott; brothers: John, George, Harry, and Joseph. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years Mary Donlin Kroculick; son Paul D. Kroculick, Margaret Kieffer; grandchildren: Kara and Emily; brother James Kroculick. The family would like to thank dear friends Beth Bennett, Pam Overacker, Betty Herbst, and Dorothy Andrewlavage for their support. Relatives and friends are invited to call at St. Mary our Mother Church 816 W. Broad Street Horseheads, NY on Friday August 3, 2018 from 9 AM-10AM. A Funeral Mass will held directly after calling hours at 10AM. In Lieu of Flowers those wishing may remember Paul through Donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and National Kidney Foundation.
