Obituary of Patricia C. Matteson

PATRICIA C. MATTESON Age 74 of Horseheads, NY passed away on Thursday September 5, 2019. She was born July 23, 1945 in Elmira, NY the daughter of the late Floyd and Minerva Dapp Spencer. Patricia married her husband, Edward E. Matteson, on March 17, 1963 and he pre-deceased her on January 23, 2014. She was also pre-deceased by her brother Floyd Spencer Jr. Patricia loved the outdoors, picnics, camping especially at Ives Run, taking rides , and crafting. Mrs. Matteson is survived by her daughters and son-in-law : Lori and Wayne Richardson of Horseheads, NY and Norma Matteson of Horseheads, NY ; grandchildren : Wayne Richardson Jr. and his fiancee Jennifer Noonan and Valerie Richardson Buchanan ; great grandchildren : R.J. Buchanan and Aubrey Buchanan ; sister-in-law : Cathy Schilling of Elmira, NY ; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of caring friends, Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service celebrating Patricia's Life at the LYNCH FUNERAL HOME 318 WEST BROAD STREET HORSEHEADS, NY on Wednesday September 11, 2019 at 4 PM.
