Jesse E. Sulcer Age 35 of Elmira, NY passed away on Friday October 2, 2020. Jesse was born on June 18, 1985 in Los Angeles, CA the son of Jesse Sulcer Sr. and Cathy Sutherland. He was the owner of 607 Hotplates in Elmira Heights, NY. He was pre-deceased by his father. Jesse is survived by his wife Christina Sulcer; his sons Jesse "JJ" Sulcer and Caleb Sulcer who were the apple of his eye; his brother: Justin Sutherland; sister: Jessica Sutherland and mother Cathy Sutherland all of Los Angeles, CA. Jesse was an amazing cook and caring man who will be dearly missed by all of those whose lives he touched. There are no services scheduled at this time.
