Joan M. Haynes Age 86 of Elmira, NY passed away on Monday May 10, 2021 at home after an extended illness. Joan was born September 26, 1934 in Elmira , NY the daughter of the late Edwin and Norma Conklin Strong. She married her husband, Richard B. Haynes Sr. , on January 22, 1955 and he pre-deceased her on November 6, 2005 . Joan is survived by her seven children and spouses ; several grandchildren and great grandchildren ; one sister; one brother ; several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law , nieces, nephews , cousins, and a host of friends. Joan will be laid to rest next to her husband Richard in Maple Grove Cemetery in Horseheads, NY. Arrangements are entrusted to the LYNCH FUNERAL HOME 318 WEST BROAD STREET HORSEHEADS, NY .
