I was a friend and roommate of Jim in college at ASU. Once I left AZ for NY I had no contact with Jim but thought of him often. He was a wonderful guy, full of life and fun. We had many laughs together. We met in our fraternity house. He was in the room across from me. We quickly became friends and moved to a home in Scottsdale with two other rebel frat brothers. We really weren’t the fraternity type. I loved Jim and have thought of him often over the years. If only I knew he was so close in Horseheads. I had done searches for him in the past but never found anything. He was one of those people I met in life and never forgot. I remember him well. That very different fun loving personality of his. I so wish I could have spent some time with him again. Although I remember him fondly, for some reason we never seemed to be able to reconnect. It makes me sad to hear of his passing having never reconnected. For some reason he popped into my head today, sitting quietly enjoying my coffee. I googled him and sadly found the obit. May he rest in piece and keep everyone in the afterlife in good spirits. See you in the next life Jimmy.
