Obituary of Brett M. Sando
Brett M. Sando age 47 of Elmira Heights, NY passed away on Friday May 27, 2022 after a courageous battle with cancer. Brett was born February 7, 1975 in Elmira, NY the son of Michael J. and Jill M. Saunders Sando. He was a graduate of Thomas A. Edison High School in Elmira Heights, NY. Brett was a former employee of Elmira Heat Treatment in Elmira, NY. He loved hiking and hunting and being outdoors. Brett loved his family and friends and treasured the time he spent with them. Brett is survived by his parents Michael and Jill Sando of Elmira Heights, NY ; brother and sister-in-law: Adam and Arazely "Cely" Sando of Elmira, NY; niece and nephew: Maricely "Matti" Sando and Nicholas "Nick" Sando ; aunts and uncles : Sherry and Walt King of Olive Branch , MS , Patricia and Martin Sullivan of Horseheads, NY , Paul and Nancy Sando of Elmira, NY , and Jean and Barry Wilson of Petockey , MI ; great aunt : Beverly Pelling of Horseheads, NY; God Parents : Frank and Connie Chalk of Hanover, PA ; several cousins and many friends including special family friends Danny and Carol Franchi and family of Elmira Heights, NY. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the LYNCH FUNERAL HOME 318 WEST BROAD STREET HORSEHEADS , NY on Friday June 3, 2022 from 3-7 PM.
