Linda was born January 4 , 1955 in Elmira , NY the daughter of Theodore and Loretta Decker Travis. She was pre-deceased by her husband Ralph Howland , her mother Loretta Decker Travis , her brothers Donald , Tom , and John Travis ., and by her sister Joyce Travis . Linda is survived by her children Tammy Howland of Elmira , NY , Ralph Howland of Elmira , NY , and Eric Howland of Corning , NY ; granddaughter: Emily Howland of Elmira , NY ; brother : Rex Travis of Elmira , NY ; sisters : Judy Travis of Kentucky , Arlene Rowland , Nancy Decker , and Sandra Decker all of Elmira , NY ; several nieces, nephews , cousins , and a host of caring friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Linda's Gravesite Services on Tuesday April 22 , 2014 at 10 AM at Woodlawn Cemetery 1200 Walnut Street Elmira , NY .
