Obituary of Clinton Ingraham Fudge
Clinton I. Fudge II of Erin , NY went to Heaven on Wednesday May 17,2023. Clinton was born August 7, 1940 in Elmira, NY the son of the late Clinton I. Fudge and Kathleen Drury Fudge . He was a graduate of Southside High School, received his Bachelor's degree from Paul Smiths College. He also did graduate work at Utah State University , and The University of Southern Florida. He was a Vietnam Veteran serving his country with The U S Army. Clint married his wife Barbara A. Jewell Fudge on October 17, 1970 and they would have celebrated their 53rd Wedding Anniversary on October 17, 2023. He was a Locksmith, a member of the Erin Fire Department serving as a firefighter and EMT, a Red Cross Volunteer , a member of ARAST and a bee keeper . Clint loved the outdoors and enjoyed hiking, kayaking, living history , and birding . A member of the Shuttles & Spindles Guild he enjoyed spinning and weaving also. Clint is survived by his wife Barbara ; son and daughter-in-law: Matthew C. & Kelly Fudge ; daughter and son-in-law: Heidi Ann Fudge-Wheeler & Dirk Wheeler; grandchildren : Chelsie Bach and Nathaniel Bach ; great grandchildren; brother Frederick Bruce Fudge; sister-in-law: Kathleen Marie Jewell; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of caring friends. Private Funeral Services will be held at the convenience of the family. A Celebration of Clint's Life will be held at a time to be announced.
