Sandra Ann Holleran age 79 of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on Sunday May 28, 2023 after a courageous battle with cancer. Sandra was born March 24, 1944 in Montour Falls , NY the daughter of the late John Ely Flood and Dorothy Louise Strong. She was raised by her mother and step father. Sandra married her husband, Thomas E. Holleran, on August 1, 1970 and they would have celebrated their 53rd Wedding Anniversary on August 1, 2023. She received her Bachelor's Degree from New Mexico State University and was a contract specialist at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas , Nevada. Sandra was also pre-deceased by her brother Maylon Flood. Sandra is survived by her husband Thomas E. Holleran ; brother-in-law and sister-in-law: James and Patricia Holleran of Florida ; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Barbara and Gregory George of Rome , NY and Dorothy Holleran Duffy and James Duffy of Fort Myers, Florida ; several nieces , nephews , cousins , and a host of caring friends. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the LYNCH FUNERAL HOME 318 WEST BROAD STREET HORSEHEADS, NY on Wednesday June 28, 2023 from 10 to 11 AM . Sandra's Funeral Services will be held at the conclusion of calling hours at 11 AM. Sandra will be laid to rest in St. Peter & Paul's Cemetery in Elmira, NY.
